Indian origin 12-year-old Janaki Easwar steals the show at The Voice Australia

The beautiful rendition of Billie Eilish’s ‘Lovely’ with an Indian twist has made 12-year-old Janaki Easwar clear the audition for international music reality show, ‘The Voice.’ 

Social media is all praise for her soulful performance. She is the only Indian contestant to enter Season 10 of the show.

According to reports, Janaki is now being trained in western vocals under the mentorship of David Jaanz. She has also started taking violin classes.

Till date, this young girl has written 20 songs that she plans to compose and release in the future. Born and brought up in Melbourne, Janakis parents Anoop Divakaran and Divya R are Indian natives from Calicut, Kerala.
